Team Manager: Cynthia Phillips
Cynthia, who is Quain's gal, has been with Quian Stott Racing for the past 15 years as team manager. She is responsible for packing the parachutes and lining Quain up on the starting line.

Team Crew Chief: Brandon Howard
Brandon started working for Quain in 2003 as a shop helper. He quickly progressed to a full time position as Head mechanic and Quain's right hand man.

Team Member: Greg Waldrop
Greg started in 1999 with QSR as part of the R&D program. In 2000, the R&D guys began going to the races to help out. They still go to the races.

Team Member: Dee Bragg
Dee started QSR in '99 as part of the R&D program. He is the team's electrician and control guru. His role at the races is engine maintenance and data acquisition and analysis.
